Due to the custom and personalized nature of our e-design services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Each design is uniquely created based on the information you provide in your design questionnaire, which helps us tailor every detail to your preferences.

Please note that all design concepts, drawings, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Willow & Stone Interiors until full payment is received. Once paid in full, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the designs for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the designs without prior consent is prohibited.

Item Availability & Replacements

If an item included in your design becomes discontinued or unavailable, we will assist you in selecting a suitable alternative that aligns with your original design concept and personal taste.
